It's time for round 2. I'll be beginning the Sonoma Diet this week (after being throughly discouraged and depressed about regaining 40lbs on Atkins). I am encouaged by what I've been reading and the recipes that have been posted on this site. Hopefully, I can start to definitively meet some of my life and weight goals. As I start diving into this, I'll let you all know how it goes. Any pointers are welcome. Thanks, in advance, for "listening".
