  • OK Everyone,

    How did we do this week?

    I'm down 1 lb to 167. Actually, I don't feel like I earned this one. I really need to get back on track with healthy eating.

  • Well I am happy that I STS this week, I haven't done the greatest with my water and really need to get back on track!!
  • I lost one... barely. But hey! I'll take it!

    Next week is going to be better - I ate out a bit too much this week - 2 times for lunch and one for breakfast. Even though I stayed OP technically I am convinced that there are just hidden fats and salt in all that stuff...

    This week looks pretty good going forward... Carry on, Ladies!
  • Too Much Salt, Not enough water, Not enough exercize and too much wine this weekend...a a few SLIP UPS....but at least I stayed the same....I am going to target later to buy a good scale. I do not have a digital and I think it may be broken LOL!

  • My official weigh in is for Mon, but I weighed this morning and I am down 2lbs for the week. One of those pounds is from TOM. I had gained 1lb. I would like for one more by tomorrow, but 2 is just fine. I have started a mini goal for myself. I want to be at 150 by the end of Feb. So, here we go!!!
    Allie-- staying the same is better than gaining. Good Job!

    Daisy-- Yeah for your 1lb!

    Laurie--you did great taking into consideration with what all you were going through this week.

    Lynn -- Congrats on your 1lb loss.
