I go to sleep around 11, so that leaves me 6 hours!
Granted, I did wake up at 1pm... What do you do when this happens?? Maybe I'll just have an apple or cucumber later.

Don't starve yourself for the rest of the day, just eat a slightly smaller portion for dinner and start over tomorrow. If you go too long between meals you'll set yourself up for a repeat performance tomorrow.
