AAA I ate all my calories and it's only 5 o'clock!

  • heh heh, well it was mostly chocolate, bread, and pasta... I go to sleep around 11, so that leaves me 6 hours! Granted, I did wake up at 1pm... What do you do when this happens?? Maybe I'll just have an apple or cucumber later.
  • I don't know what you ended up doing, but I suck on no sugar hard candies.
  • When I do this (and we all do, let's face it) I just realize that I'm human and these things happen! Don't starve yourself for the rest of the day, just eat a slightly smaller portion for dinner and start over tomorrow. If you go too long between meals you'll set yourself up for a repeat performance tomorrow.
  • It's always hard when just starting. You're used to being able to eat whenever you want, I would guess, and not used to counting calories. Don't worry! You'll learn to pace yourself so you don't "run out." It's better not to eat in the evening anyway--that's the time when I can really lose control myself, so I try not to.

    Hang in there!

    Jay
  • So how did you do?

If it's 5:00 pm, I can stop eating for the day. But if you really need to, eat a way low-calorie meal -- like soup with a salad.
  • Eggwhites and broccoli.
  • I would say if u r hungry later eat a banana, grapes if you like them with a couple of glasses of water or a cup of clear broth soup, these things have high water content, grapes, soup and will make you feel full for less calories plus you are getting hydration!
  • Those are some good ideas, and would be the reasonable thing to do, guess what I did?... So I ate a small dinner and dessert and then my friend dragged me out so ended up having a few drinks. But it was all fun, except I'll try and eat better and more veggies and fruits this week.
  • eh? Well we have to live life sometimes!
