Hello everyone. I would like to start, if there isn't on a thread where we post our meals for today. This will give us some new ideas and help us to stay accountable.
Breakfast: 2 shredded wheat biskets, 1c skim milk
Lunch: Tuna sandwich made with 2 slices lgt WW toast, 2 oz tuna,1 tbs lgt may, chunked cucumber, tom, scallions, hot peppers, raw spinach leaves, garlic.
Dinner: 4 oz skinless chicken, 2 cups mixed frozen veg.
Snack: 6oz FF,SF black cherry yogurt.
