No wonder it tastes soo good! I suppose I can check out the regular Kashi Go Lean. *sigh*
Yep, since I'm on a tight budget, I try to buy frozen for veggies I'm going to cook...such as zucchini and yellow squash, peas, corn (for wave 2), broccoli, etc. If I'm going to eat it cut fresh on a sandwhich or salad, then I buy it fresh (peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, etc.) And I would love to buy the red and yellow peppers but right now I've been sticking to just green because of the price. I know fresh is going to be the best for everything, but since I can't afford it, going frozen for those things are best for me.
