Thriving Thursday's Menu - January 26, 2006

  • I hope you all don't mind that I started the thread today.

    Breakfast -- WW vanilla smoothie, banana

    Lunch -- Finish up the New Orleans Rice & Beans, plum

    Snack -- Apple

    Dinner -- Crab salad lettuce, tomato, imitation crab, cucumber, thousand island (points for dressing)

    Breakfast: 1/2 cup probiotic pear yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: toasted egg salad on pumernickel, small tossed salad w/greek dressing
    Vat of fresh cherries

    Snack: handful of red cherry heart jujubes (ya I know I know)

    Dinner: grilled minute steaks, squash, broccoli, sauteed onion/mushrooms

  • Breakfast: Shreded wheat and bran with skim, banana, and splenda

    Lunch: Vegetable barley soup; Eggbeaters, FF cheddar, avocado, mushrooms, and turkey sausage (points), wedge of honeydew/watermelon/cantaloupe

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple

    Dinner: Paper thin mushroom pizza (points)

    Snack: Skim milk and 2 natural ovens oatmeal raisin cookies (points)
