
Just got changed for kickboxing and staring at my lack of muscle definition in the mirror in the toilet and.....
I CAN SEE THE FIRST RIDGE OF SIX PACK!!!!
Now this is HUGE! My vertical rectus abdominus has been reasonably defined for a while but today I could see a horizontal ridge! OMG!

This is spurring me on like nothing else, better than fastening those size 12 (US 8) trousers!
