For breakfast I had FF cottage cheese mixed with protein powder and topped with all bran extra fiber. snack will be an apple, lunch some turkey meatloaf, PM snack probably protein pudding and dinner
TBD because we go to a friend's house to watch TV tonight.
Thank goodness it's almost Friday is all I have to say!
Oh and for protein shakes I have been drinking Myoplex Low Carb ones (strawberry flav-yum!) or EAS Advantedge (I got the coffee flavored one and was not too impressed). I have two different protein powders I have been trying to use plus I picked up some of that Stallone protein pudding at my GNC for wicked cheap--and it tastes just like regular pudding only it has 20 g of protein!
