I normally make a fettuccine and salmon dish with creamy gorganzola sauce... not exactly WW friendly
Does anyone know how I can make it a little bit better for the program, or have an alternate recipe I can use?I should add that I live in the Netherlands, so fat-free stuff doesn't exist, though we can get a few low fat items (I normally use a "light" version of creme fraiche/sour cream). We have the basic stuff so name-brands don't generally help me. Sorry to be picky for an answer, but honestly... we're working with the basics here!
