Should I add in things I take for my health like flaxseed oil or virgin coconut oil to my calorie count for the day..? I usually eat around 1300 calories and if I add this in it'll be more like 1100 calories with food and 200 with oils.. please give me some insight here, thanks so much.

Yes, especially if you're watching nutrients as well. In fitday.com you can get an assessment of your nutrients ... mine looks a bit less than healthy without my vitamins.
I don't see why not...
Look at it this way....you KNOW it has calories in it.
If you are using it then account for the calories, that way you aren't cheating yourself.
