Fitday Makeover

  • I love my fitday. I'm thankful that posters posted this consistently throughout the forum. I have noticed though that there are some changes I would make:

    1. Including Sugar in the Nutrition panel
    2. Including ALL of the RDA nutrients
    3. Filtering Total Carbs and Net Carbs
    4. Doing a search for a specific day or range (ie, all the days I went over 1800 cal), (all the days I met all of my nutrients).

    Does your program have these things? Does the Fitday PC version have these things?

    I hate to start over in a new journal though...ughh.
