I just recently started my weight loss journey. After years of saying I had to get the weight off and procrastinating, I am finally taking charge. I have been on my "diet" for about three weeks now. But it isn't so much a diet as a lifestyle change. I am eating healthier, watching my calories, and exercising. I have already lost 10lbs. I wish it would all come off so easily but I know it won't!
