I began my diet right after the first of January. I walk 5 days per week, from 2.5 to 5 miles per day at a pace of about 4 miles per hour (with my 2 labradors who require man-handling at times!). I watch what I eat, low fat, low carb, lots of veggies, medium on the protein, lots of water and I cut out all alcohol except for 2 glasses once a week of red wine. I eat about 1400-1800 calories per day and I don't drink regular soda (diet soda about 3 days per week only).
So, I've lost 5 pounds, but nothing for the past 2 weeks. I'm starting to lose my patience!

Any suggestions?
