Good Morning Everyone! Let me introduce myself. I am Sarah and I have been on WW for almost 2 weeks now. I had been posting on the WW site but I wasn't getting any support there. I'm hoping that I'll be able to find support here. I especially have a hard time with emotional eating. I love giving support back so I'll be a wonderful cheerleader if you need one.

Hi, i'm new here only been on a few times but welcome, hope to support and be supported too. i will weigh in tonight for the first time in a year, hope i have lost a little as i have been following the points program for a month on my own!!! and getting in 1 hr-18 miles 5 days a week on the stationary bike to. so we will see. keep up the good work and welcome again.
I'm new this week too, and it looks like we are in the same boat (weight wise) . I hope this is the place we can all find the support we need! I'll cheer you on anytime you need it!!

Just wanted to drop a note and say hi!!! I started WW on January 11th of this year. So far, I'm lovin the meetings and lovin the game of points. It's so much easier for me to do points instead of calories. My next weigh in is tomorrow. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!
Hi all and welcome! i am pumped i just did my first 'advanced' session on my Gazelle! That was 30 minutes! i only started on jan 1 and could barely do the 'beginner" 10 minutes.My weigh-in is tomorrow wish me luck

My weigh in is today as well. T.O.M. also decided to come visit today. Not a good combination. Great job on getting to the advanced workout session already!!!
