Tuesday's Temptations, January 24, 2006

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, and fresh blueberries

    Lunch: Sirloin burger on a bun (points) with FF Borden american cheese slice, raw onions, pickle, and ketchup; 1 cup fresh fruit salad

    Dinner: Field Greens salad with black olives, red onion and balasamic vinagrette; Filet mignon, ww angel hair with smart balance (points), and fresh green beans
  • Breakfast: 1/2 cup pear probiotic yogurt, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO teriyaki chicken drumsticks, brown rice, stir fried veggies
    fresh pineapple and strawberries

    Snack??? handful of chocolate kisses!!!!

    Dinner: nothing planned - Have some minute/hip steaks in fridge - very quick & easy (probably with cauliflower and baked squash)
