So I went back and checked and I posted on Monday last week and that was it!! Monday and Tuesday I was sick, Wednesday and Thursday I played games. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I finally got back to business. *whew* I wish I didn't play around with this so much. I need to be more consistent.

I am reading a new book called Calorie Queens that someone recommended. It's pretty good. I don't know that it's anything new, but i like what they say and sometimes you just need to hear it again. It's written by a mom and daughter who lost over 300 lbs!
