Sometimes it's hard to remember that the warm weathers coming these days. Brrrrr. I love the summer though...we spend alot of time walking (especially around the lake trails etc). I definitely want to be in better shape come this summer.

Thanks so much for the great welcome. Sometimes being a stay at home mom makes it hard to get out and do things and it's easy to become isolated and not get the support needed to keep going.

I did well today...took the little one for a quick (brr it's cold) walk while the other kids were in school and ate well.
