I have NTL digital cable and i was wondering if any of you know of any programs that come on that are exercise shows????

I subscribe to NetFlix and thanks to this thread I decided to rent some fitness videos. There were tons but I decided on 4 (for variety) to start with. My husband copies them. I even found a nutrition series.
