Hey!

  • Hi every1 i've just joined 2day. I'm 18 and weigh 130lbs and i'm slightly over weight as i'm only 5ft 2", my target goal is 119lbs. I've got a really sweet tooth n dat da main reason i put on weight. Im starting to change my eating habits i've cut out all my junk food which has been hard - n i've only done it for three days!!! Hopefully with help i can stick to healthy eating n lose some weight!
  • I hear ya' when it comes to sweets. I think we're programmed at an early age for eating those yummy junk foods. I can only suggest to stay away from them for awhile, drink lots of water, exercise, and eat alot of fresh fruits (for that sweetness you crave) & veggies.

    I went jogging today for about 20 minutes and felt very energized & "jazzed." Maybe if you went for a walk or jogged a few minutes each day, that might help you get your mind off of sweets???

  • Welcome! I just joined recently too! I'm not so much into the sweets but I can polish off a bag of chips in record time. That's definitley something I'm working on changing.

  • Thank you Stacey! I used to eat a bag of Dorito's all by myself...those were the days.....LOL............ Now, I only eat about 6-10 chips...They're like too flavorfull and seems a bit salty to me. I don't care for salty snacks any more. I have this pasta thing...but I am on a low carb diet so I cannot splurge on it anymore either. My doctor would know if I was cheating. LOL!!
