WOW...you guys have been busy since I've been gone! I'm sooo tired, but we had a good time. If you ever get to go to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg be sure to eat at the Dixie Stampede. It was fun. They serve you your food and you have to eat everything with your fingers. A whole (very small) broasted chicken, a slice of tenderloin, a large slice (about 1/3) of herb roasted potato, corn on the cob, a cheese biscuit and an apple turnover and your drink is in a mason jar...neat. And the whole time you are eating there is a show going on in the arena below (really close though) of horses, riders, covered wagons, singing, ostriches, pigs, chickens and beautiful costumes some of which actually "light up". They divide all the audience into two sides (you pick your side when you call for reservations) the North against the South and the whole time there is a contest going on between the two. All the performers have on Union or Confederate costumes. They use people (and even some children) from the audience for some of the stunts, too. It was a lot of good natured and fun rivalry. The place seats about six or seven hundred but no seat was farther away than 25 feet. It was made like a horseshoe around the arena and went up in tiers, you ate at long curved bars instead of tables. I've been to Pigeon Forge and drove past the place more times than I can count but never been there until last night. Then today, we shopped 'till we dropped. I went "ring" shopping. I lost my wedding rings 2 weeks ago. Got them 36 years ago today. So today I got an anniversary ring. I don't want to get new wedding rings until I'm sure mine are not going to "turn up" somewhere! The last I remember seeing them is one night a couple of weeks ago I took them off to cook dinner...layed them on the back of the cabinets. Hubby pulled the stove out and looked behind it but they didn't fall off. I'm afraid we may have thrown them out!
Mima...congratulations on not having to pay at WW. I desperately need to lose weight. I'm going to work harder at it this week! I bought some Soy Slim Fast and it doesn't taste bad at all. The kind with milk gave me migraines. I'm going to try that the rest of the week (for 2 meals a day).
Ally...carbs is my downfall, too. I crave them at night! After reading your post about your waist I measured mine and it is TWO INCHES BIGGER THAN YOURS!!!

What'd you make me do that for???
Ann...yes, tornados hit at night. That's when we have the most of ours here.
Joanne...try Oxycise, Pilates or Callanetics. They are all something people with fibromyalgia/arthritis can do. There are a few positions you may have to leave off but for the most part they are easy on the body. Denise Austin has a Pilates 20 minute video that includes yoga that is good.
Candice...wish you'd come clean my garage...
and my basement... and my HOUSE!!! I could start right now and not be finished by Christmas!
Well...I'm pooped. Gonna go take a hot shower and go to bed.
Nite all!
Here is a pic. of the ring I bought.
