Ok, i've done good on my diet so far, but according to the book on Saturday, its' supposed to be your "cleansing" day. I dont know where to find this psyllium at. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I, along with several other members have done the cleasnings in the past and got no benefit from it. But if you really want to do it, go to a GNC, Vitamin Shoppe or some place that sells that sort of stuff to get it. Good luck and let us know how it works for you.

PS: Metamucil IS psyllium...
