I love to eat too. I've found now one of my tricks is to pay even closer attention to my cravings. If I can't stick to plan, I think okay, what do I
really want. I don't let anything 2nd best satisfy me, and I also know I'll appreciate the item more in a smaller portion (eating half a container of ice cream I've realized is much more fulfilling than eating the whole thing, not only do I have the other half to look forward to but the taste doesn't get old as fast unlike mindlessly eating a whole container). Sometimes I find I even really crave veggies! Or healthy meat! If it's something bad, I just try to include it in my daily calorie count and know that if I eat too much one day, I'll usually be not as hungry the day after. Working out helps my hungry sometimes too...but the energy to get started isn't always there
