Yep, I go for the rice snacks as well, the store-brand equivalent to Quaker Quakes (I like Kroger brand better). The chocolate ones are fantastic for a sweet tooth and for regular munchies I like the cheddar flavor.
I don't really snack around much. My habit is nibbling. When I cook a meal, I nibble. If my son has leftover food on his plate (that's not already bitten into and all gross looking, lol) I nibble it. If he has a couple of crackers left in his snack bowl, I eat them.
Nibble nibble nibble. I've always been a nibbler. There's no telling how many extra calories I put away per day just nibbling on stuff, but I've lost about 80 pounds, so I guess it's not affecting me *TOO* bad!
