Hey guys
So i just started a new workout routine and I know a lot of people say that they get more energy if they work out. Honestly, i havent had that happen to me, if anything i think i feel the need to sleep more than i did before i started working out which is really lame.
Does anyone else have this happen to them?
My workout routine is 30 min on the elliptical 4 times a week doing alternating legs and arms and the yoga booty ballet DVD 3 times a week.
