  • grilled ham and cheese (ff ham, FF cheese and brummel and brown on 2 slices Wonder Wheat Light) and WW 0 point soup or half a can of Progresso FF soups for a total of 5 points.
  • Lean Cusisne - Spa - Salmon w/Orzo w/extra veggies

    really fills you up and warms you up
    an apple 1 pt
    get that fibre
  • Lea cuisine- penne pasta with chicken and broccoli and alfredo sauce
  • Cereal..lol..And a ww 1 point carrot cake bar
  • Light canned tuna w/ two table spoons mayo and diced celery, pickles and onions! yummm only 5-6 points depending on your tuna and mayo... i eat this for lunch every day
