Has anyone joined the SBD website? I'm curious because maybe I would like access to all those recipes.

This website is much better...and free!!

Many of us have gone to the official website and signed up just far enough to get the free Daily Dish email. I have never completed sign up as I didn't think it was worth paying for. This website is wonderful.

I don't pay for any of their services. It didn't seem worth it, especially with so many good free resources (like 3FC!) out there. I do get the Daily Dish, which is free.

Thanks for the input! I was just wondering if the recipes are worth it. I'm just a recipe slut. I have over 100 cookbooks in my kitchen and counting!

rotten_banana - it's amazing how many free recipe resources there are out there! 3FC has quite a few. I recently made the cola chicken that Schatzi posted, and it was YUM-O (as Rachael Ray might say...) Although I'll admit that I did cave and buy both SBD cookbooks, and I found them incredibly worth the $40.

I have never heard the phrase recipe ho or slut...something else I've learned (Meg informed me -- well, the board -- that sore muscle retains water)

I bought the new cookbook. I figure between the cookbook and some of the kick-butt recipes I've found here, I should be able to find what I need. And I just adore that 3FC is free for as long as I need it to me. (I choose to keep the ads, because I like window shopping)

I like this SB Forum much better than the pay one. And the recipes are even better. They charge too much, IMO.
