For breakfast I had a serving size of Kix with 2% milk and a banana.
For lunch I had raw baby carrots and broccoli with fat free ranch, a few crackers and a chunk of white american cheese.
Dinner will be another fabulous recipe from 3FC, lemon pepper chicken with baked breaded zucchini and corn.
But I want something NOW!! I am literally holding myself down on this chair!



I wasn't starving myself, no worries.. lol. I am just used to snacking CONSTANTLY, so I am having a hard time realizing when I want to eat because I am hungry and when I want to eat because I want to EAT!
