Another New Person and need Buddies!

  • Hi everyone! Where to start? Well, I am 31 years old and trying to get in shape/eat healthier/and lose weight. I joined a gym last year but only went sporadically and it is time to do something about that. I can find 1 million reasons why I can't go to workout. Like: too tired, too much else to do, no time, it's late, etc.... I am sure you know what I mean. I have done WW in the past but of course, gained it all back. I am planning on watching my calorie intake, making healthier food choices, and exercising. I went to the gym Monday and Tuesday night and am planning on going again on Friday. I would like some buddies to chat with on this site. I don't have instant messenger or anything like that. Also how do you get the weight loss ticker at the bottom that shows how much you need to lose?

    1/13/06 - 161 lbs.
    1/18/06 - 157.8 lbs.

    Goal: 140 lbs.
  • Welcome to 3FC! You'll love it here! There are a lot of great people with the same goals that you'll meet. Don't get discouraged if you do not get many responses. I didn't either. However, there are many threads to post on. And you're welcome on all of them. Also, feel free to PM me anytime!
