I am from Tillamook Oregon...North coast area. It's nice to see more & more Oregonians coming to this board.
So...what's your diet plan? WW? Sonama diet? South Beach? I know..I am being snoopy! LOL! I really need to know...LOL...I am on a diabetic diet..that's where you watch your carbs & sugars and the portion sizes. I really like it because I love veggies and try to eat as much as I can. I lost 6 lbs. in 2 weeks!!
