Alot of us have come a long long way since originally starting JC, was just wondering if any of you reward yourself either daily, weekly or at a certain # of pounds.
How do you reward yourself for all your hard work?
*** edited this post to say this: I think we should all set a 10 lb goal reward for ourself. The next time we get to that 10 lb mark we should reward ourself in some sort. Reward yourself every 10 lbs or 20 lbs which ever one you feel is a big mark for you, that way you will have an extra benefit to strive for !!!
