I've been on a weight loss plan now for more than 3 weeks. I've lost 9 pounds so far (that's the good news), an inch from my hips and an inch from my bust.
But not a milimeter from my waist or my big fat belly! I started out hour-glass shaped and now I'm afraid I'm working my way towards apple shaped.
I've been eating about 1300-1500 calories a day and exercising (cardio and weights). What am I doing wrong?


Anyways, you are doing so well, just keep up the good work, and gradually it will come off. I hate patience, but hey at least you lost 9 lbs!! Concentrate on how wonderful that is, and the rest will come. Keep it up !! 

Don't stress about it, I have gone from curvy hourglass to bottom heavy pear with tree trunks for legs! Ah well, they are muscley tree trunks!
