Well now I want to lose down to even less weight,and want to maintain it. I have one health issue and need to control it as well, so losing weight will definitely help me. Im a SAHM, but work part time from home. Because a couple of my kids are older, I can pretty much leave the house to workout when I want to. I am a walker, and walk anywhere from 3-7 miles a day. I try to keep my calories around 1200. I am five three.
I found this forum through another great weight loss site, and figured the more encouragement the better.
Anyone care to buddy up? It definitely motivates ME to motivate you!
