  • Monday

    TM 30 min/1.55 miles

    bike 10 min/3.25 miles

    30 min weights, upper & lower work out
  • Monday- 1 hour step class
    Tues- 20 min weights and 40 min callentenics
  • Monday-- 30 minutes upperbody, TBT.

    Tuesday-- 40 minutes lowerbody, TBT.
  • Wednesday-- Walked 2 miles with Buddy.
  • Wed- 1hour step class and 1/2 hour treadmill
  • Thursday-- Upperbody workout on the TBT.
  • Thursday- 20 min upper body weights, 30 min watp walkblaster
  • Friday-- Lowerbody on the TBT.
