We ended up eating dinner a little late. It's now 8pm and I feel like a blob. Will it really make a difference if I go sack out on the bed now or walk on the treadmill for 15-30 min.? Or am I just nuts?
This is my first week and I've been pretty good, just feel like I have ruined my whole week by eating so late
someone just tell me I'm nuts, please?! 
Tomorrow night is my first weigh-in too..



I guess that is what is odd to me because by day 6 (today) when I eat my full 24 points, I feel FULL. Is this normal, any of you WW gals? I didn't even eat all my 35 weekly allowance points. I hope this doesn't bit me in the butt.
