Sunday's Spectacular Menu, January 15, 2006

  • Brunch: Shreded wheat and bran with skim, splenda, and a banana

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Baby greens salad with tomato, mushrooms, FF honey dijon; Core Cornmeal chicken, Core oven fries (with today's healthy oil), and broccoli with smart balance (points)

    Snack: Cherry Garcia Smoothie

    That's the plan at the moment. I may have to edit later.
  • My plan:

    Breakfast: nothing
    Lunch: salad with purple onion, FF feta, strawberries and B-V dressing
    Dinner: shrimp fried rice (using Vickie's recipe and substituting shrimp) with broccoli

    Snacks: popcorn

    not the greatest of days foodwise,,,
  • B- oatmeal with soy milk, stevia, tea with stevia
    L- ground turkey with taco sauce and chili powder, pears with cottage cheese
    D - ??? perhaps beef/veggie stir fry
    Snack - seltzer, popcorn, some nectarine
  • Late breakfast--1 orange, 1 banana, sliced and mixed with ff yogurt, coffee with ff 1/2 and 1/2

    Dinner--whole wheat pasta with 1 Boca burger, pasta sauce, spinach, 1 c. skim milk

    snack: a few olives, popcorn

    Could do better on the fruits/veggies
