Saturday's Scrumptious Menu, January 14, 2006

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and splenda

    Snack: Banana

    Lunch: Farina made with skim, splenda, and smart balance (points)

    Snack: Nothing

    Dinner: Mixed field greens with tomato, red onion, black olives and balsamic vinagrette; NY Strip, ww angel hair with marinara, fresh zucchini/carrots/squash/onions with some smart balance (points); OMG shared some apple strudel with cinnamon ice cream, nuts, and caramel sauce with Jim. Can't remember the last time I did this!

    Snack: Hot tea with milk and splenda
  • Wow - I am off schedule so much it isn't funny!

    12 noon - Breakfast: none really - late for hairdressers - 2 bites of a mealy apple, 1 cappuccino and an old raisin bran bar I found in my book bag!

    3 pm - whole wheat carrot muffin, decaf w/cream

    dinner: chinese food - 1 eggroll, 1/2 bowl wonton soup, steamed rice, cantonese chow mein, 2 pieces lemon chicken

    Popcorn & diet pop

    Frouf
