    Have any of you ever heard of TOPS?

    If so, what do you know about it?

    My grandmother used to swear by TOPS - I believe it is basically calorie counting with support - no?

    TOPS has been around for a very long time. I think it is by calories and WI but as Daisy said mainly support. I would just ask them at their site.
