I've got so many compliments this week. I saw people who haven't seen me since the weight loss. And some of them said they couldn't recognize me. It felt good!
I really really need to get in control of my eating, because this week has been really really bad. Lets hope everything will be great for next week.


Put the last few days behind you, give yourself a huge pat on the back, and carry on doing what you've been doing to get where you are today ... you obviously know what you have to do. I hope this time that I can be as successful as you! Well done!!
. In the past, I would do really good, then fall off the wagon, and chuck everything. This time, I'm trying to keep it in perspective and look at each day as a new opportunity to stay OP with my eating. I think that the ability to get back on track is going to be as important to me as the ability to stay on track.
