Have been reading through all these posting and have really enjoyed all the information posted

Started this diet yesterday and did pretty good, however I do have one question that I hope someone can answer I haven't been able to find it in the book.
On wave 1 can you eat as many vegetables as you want. I work full-time and love to snack so I like to bring radishes, celery, and cucumbers to work to snack on before lunch and after lunch. Am I eating to many vegetables since I am eating more then what is allocated for lunch time?

) and I try to ask myself if I'm really hungry or will a glass of water suffice. Most of the time, water works. I had to force myself to do that a few times before it started to come naturally. Sometimes, though, you really are craving nutrition, and veggies are the wisest way to go.
