go figure!!!

  • ok ive got a story:
    one of my leaders 2 year members walked in late last week in mid of the structure plan explanation&heard nothing but the fact that she couldnt take meals from diff days and mix em....she thought she could eat the days menu(bout 22 pts) plus her 26 daily points plus she used all her 35 and she lost 6 lbs!!!!!
  • I'm not familiar with the structure plan but maybe she just got lucky that week. It could have just been a change in her diet that stimulated the reverse of a platau.
  • its a week of pre planned menus that are based on 22 points a day but she ate 22, 26b and then the 35
  • I'd tell her to buy a lottery ticket!!....she is so lucky to have lost with eating all those points. FLUKE!!
  • is that the "nocount" plan? where you pick n choose from a choice of menus?

    i have been thinking about that and wondered if it was any good. interested to hear your thoughts compared to the points system!

    hi sweetpea! the nocount is core.... the structure thing is no count no plan type of thing andis based on 14 days.
