ok ive got a story:
one of my leaders 2 year members walked in late last week in mid of the structure plan explanation&heard nothing but the fact that she couldnt take meals from diff days and mix em....she thought she could eat the days menu(bout 22 pts) plus her 26 daily points plus she used all her 35 and she lost 6 lbs!!!!!


the nocount is core.... the structure thing is no count no plan type of thing andis based on 14 days.
