I think this site will work very well for me. I have not made the change to here completely but I think I am going to. JC had one very important thing right the SUPPORT is essential to success.I have finally realized that it takes a village to change your weight. To help you focus and make one accountable to yourself. When the daycare closed down I no longer had routines and structure in my day. The weight started to add up again. I was not really losing anything but I really was not trying to either but I had maintained the same weight for about 2 yrs w/in about 5 lbs. I want to make this the year for changes good ones great ones! I am working on it and I will succeed. Life is ongoing change if you find yourself not changing then you are not really living are you?
