    I think this site will work very well for me. I have not made the change to here completely but I think I am going to. JC had one very important thing right the SUPPORT is essential to success.I have finally realized that it takes a village to change your weight. To help you focus and make one accountable to yourself. When the daycare closed down I no longer had routines and structure in my day. The weight started to add up again. I was not really losing anything but I really was not trying to either but I had maintained the same weight for about 2 yrs w/in about 5 lbs. I want to make this the year for changes good ones great ones! I am working on it and I will succeed. Life is ongoing change if you find yourself not changing then you are not really living are you?

    I need to get back on track with journaling accountability and all. I am also not doing well with my body journal either. Too much going on I guess. School , Flylady control Journal( coming along nicely by the way.)I am not losing the weight from my cycle either. 1 day but still. I should be going down again.It has been a pretty good day. Tried some clothes on that did not fit too long ago. Can zip the skirt up. The blouse buttoned all the way. So I guess even tho my scale is reading a bit higher it must just be water. I have consumed a bit of salt lately, more so than normal. I really want to see that weight loss on the scale but it will not rule me or my emotions. Routines I am learning are very important to all areas of life including weight loss. I have finally realized that one must sometimes think before they just live. I mean I used to feel like my life just happened but if I think before I act I do actually have some control a lot more then I thought.Choices are really everywhere.
