ew, another new person. =]

  • Hey everyone! My name is Cambri and I'm from Iowa.

    I'm 22 years old and currently 230 pounds. =/
    At my higest weight, I was 250. I've kept that off for 2 years and I'm never going back.

    My size is 22. My goal is 12.

    My goal for the end of this year is to get to 120/130.

    I found this forum a few days ago and wanted to join in on the fun.
    I look forward to meeting everyone here!

    Let's see...as for a specific plan, I don't really have one, just the whole make sure I burn more calories than I take in.

    I walk about 5 miles every morning and do some sort of exercise + walking the dog every night.

    Before I wasn't very active at all, but now I've gotten into a routine, so now it's just sticking to the routine that's getting difficult somedays.

    I guess I'm here for inspiration and support.
    This is a great forum. It's wonderful to have such a great support system!
  • Welcome Cambri, (By the way i love you name) How tall are you? 120 - 130 seems really light if your tall I'm 5'11 and would like to be around 150 - 160. I've been on the atkins diet for 3 days down and lost 7 pounds, i'm hoping to make it 10pounds by friday. I like the atkins diet because i see my results so quickly and it helps keep me motivated! After trying any routine the first 3 days are the hardest which is why i decided to start my diet first and after a week i'm going to start my exercise too. Good luck and I hope you find the support and insperation here!
