I am new here but I LOVE it already. As of January 2nd, I changed the way that I am eating. I eat low fat and low calorie food. In my first week I lost 9 pounds! YAY!!!!!
I started out at 315lbs but now I am 306lbs. It's a long journey but I am so ready!
I have been on every diet out there and failed each and every one of them. This is the year I know it is! I feel it! I need to drop this weight! I haven't weighed in the 100's since I was 11 years old. I'm 28 now! Oh what a feat!
