New WI Thread for the week -
I'm down to 218. lost 4 lbs of water weight. Still swollen from surgery, but getting back to normal slowly.

I weighed in this morning at 314- down 2 lbs this week!

Yay!

Weighed in exactly where I was last week, 159.2. Better to remain the same than gain, I suppose

I lost 5 pounds!!!!!!

Now my bank is more accurate. From my starting weight in 04 I've lost 20 pounds. From starting WW again I have lost 8 LOL. But since I want to count from my starting weight that's $100 at $5/ pound

Awesome job Kitty, F&L, and iowasteph! Keep it going girls! I have lost 2# since the valentine challenge. Nothing this week yet though. However last night was my 41st birthday~ ahhhh, I'm getting old! My husband took me to a quaint little Italian Rest. I got broiled cod and steamed broccoli. They prepared my cod in o.j. instead of butter. It was very very good. Then we went to Barnes & Noble and I checked out the new book for the Sonoma Diet featured on the 3FC homepage......ummmmm.....didn't interest me! Sorry! Our B&N has a Starbucks in it.......mmmmm.........soooo, I had to get something from there since I didn't have any dessert at the rest. or let my family make cake and ice cream! Got on the scale this morning (just to check) and I was the same as yesterday! So, at least I didn't over do it! DH did enough damage for both of us!!! haha! Then we went to Lane Bryant (I had a coupon) and he got me an outfit. When I started this journey in June I was sure hoping that I wouldn't have to buy my birthday clothes in a plus size store. But..............I'm still greatful of the gift and I did pick a sweet outfit out. A size 18, but nevertheless a new outfit!
