  • Sunday 107096

    Breakfast: 9:00am 1 small banana(fruit) , 2 WW low fat waffles (carbs) with PB(protein and fat), 1 yogurt(protein), 6 oz milk(protein).

    12pm snack 1 cottage cheese serving and 1 cheese stick

    3pm Lunch Roasted chicken with a big salad with lots of veggies, lemon juice for dressing, 1/4th cup chow mein dry noodles on my salda, water to drink and 4 flax caps

    6pm Dinner Roasted chicken (I used my rotisserie today and I am eating off that chicken for two meals today) snow pea's and some cottage cheese. Wastn' that hungry

    8pm snack 2 lemon cookies

    treat: 2 hershey kisses


    Water today: 80 oz's
  • Monday 1-9-06

    7:15 Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 turkey sausage (2 pieces is 1 serving size), 6 oz milk, 2 WW low cal waffles, 1/2 banana, coffee with splenda, 4 flax caps

    10:15 Snack: 1 cheese stick and 1 yogurt

    1:15: Lunch: chicken, huge salad seasoned with lemon juice, 4 flax caps, water to drink. Chow main noodles

    4:15: Snack: 8 hershey kisses (200 calories) yeah what a chocolate junkie I am!! But atleast I stayed in my calorie range!!

    7:15 Dinner: Roasted pork chop, steamed asparagus, salad with lemon juice, 4 flax caps, water to drink 1 container of SF pudding

    Water today: So far 80 ounces

    For some reason I have been on a chocolate kick today!
  • Tuesday:

    7:30 Breakfast: 1 container cottage cheese, 2 WW low cal waffles with PB, 6 oz milk, 12 grapes, coffee with splenda

    10:30 Snack: Have some errands to do so I will have to pack my snack to go with me....what shall I take? Something good and full of protein and something that will do with out being refrigerated. 2 cheese sticks (60 cals each) and handful of carrots, they keep me full even though its not protein.

    12:30 Lunch: (yes i know time is off, trying to adjust since I am having dinner with some friends tonight)

    3:30 Snack:

    6:30 Dinner: Dinner with friends, will have a grilled chicken salad with water to drink.

    WATER: 80 oz's
  • Yeah i got slack with my journal yesterday!! But todays a new day!
  • Wednesday 1-11-06

    8:00 am Breakfast 1 turkey sausage, 6 oz milk, 1 cottage cheese, 1 slice toast with ICBINB spray, 1 fruit cup. 4 flax caps

    11 Snack PB sandwich

    2pm lunch Tuna on WW low cal bread and a fruit cup with green tea, 4 flax caps

    5pm dinner 1 slice bratwarst, asparagus and a salad seasoned with lemon juice

    8pm snack 1 choclate pudding (60 cals) and TBD
    WATER: 60 oz's, got push this to get it all down today!!!

    Just got back from a 30 min walk!
  • I keep forgetting I have cottage cheese in the fridge...
  • Thursday 1-12-06

    7:15 1 yogurt, 1 fruit cup, 2 servings turkery sausage which is 4 pieces to add as 2 proteins. 4 flax caps, coffee with splenda. I am really starting to wonder if I need to cut back on the sausage, but it really holds me. My weight just seems to be fluctuating this week and not sure why. Its got to be some added sodium some where.

    10:: 1 SB protein bar

    12::30 because I have to be at work at 1pm, taco salad, minus the sour cream

    3:30: Snack 1 yogurt and 1 100 cal pack

    6:45: 1 health choice frozen pizza and a yogurt

    WATER today: so far 80 ounces

    Walking: walked my mile walk after lunch
  • Walked for 30 mins when I got home after getting work done on my car!
