  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and splenda

    Snack: 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF american cheese and ketchup

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Baby greens salad with tomato, mushrooms and FF honey dijon; Froufy sirloin tip roast, Core Mashed potatoes, fresh green beans

    Snack: Don't know yet
  • Dare I eat anything today?

    Brunch: cereal w/milk, sliced banana

    Lunch: tossed greens w/tuna salad

    Dinner:? to be determined

    Brunch: tuna salad sandwich, big tossed salad w/lemon garlic olive oil dressing

    Snack: banana and glass of milk

    Snack: popcorn and diet soda, 2 lifesavers, and piece of candy cane I found in my purse

    Dinner: teriyaki shrimp w/shallots and mushrooms/garlic, w/wild and brown rice mix, steamed broccoli,

    lf dessert thingie (cherry cheesecake? - but it was kinda gross!)

    Dinner: also to be determined! I'm making stuffed bell peppers for Judd, spaghetti and meatsauce for kids, and not sure what I'll have
