Yes, dieting dosen't keep the weight off. I realized that when I started this journey a few years ago. I haven't called it a diet since then. It's hard not to but I need to get it in my head that it's a lifestyle change not a short term thing.
Why do you call yourself "Breitlady"? Maybe you like Mary Engelbreit??? Or something else? Let me know, I'm curious!
