So, I am curious...would you work past January if they asked?
When I was hired, I made it clear that I only wanted to work 15 hours or so, tops 20 occassionally, well since being hired in October, I am working between 20-30 up until the week after Christmas. If they ask me to stay on permanently parttime I would IF and only IF they schedule me for 15 or less, no more. If they can do that, I will stay so the cut off date for seasonal is Jan. 14th, they make the schedule for the upcoming week on Thursday's, so this coming Thursday if i get a schedule then I that means they are letting me stay. I am fine either way, staying or leaving cause I know next Christmas they would let me come back anyway.
Of course they will want you to stay! Do you get discounts at all the stores they own (Gap & Banana Republic), or just at Old Navy?
