Hi everyone,
I was wondering what everyone did when it came to this calories in/calories out situation...
If you burned a lot of calories exercising- like the other day I burned probably like 700+ working out for a LONG TIME (i still feel it ugh)...and you planned on eating 1500 cals for the day...obviously your net intake would be like 800 which is extremely low...do you eat more to fill that loss? I didn't before, and I am wondering if that is why I practically eat PERFECT and work out a lot...and I am not losing any weight. Do I need to eat more so my body doesn't think it's starving? What do you all do?
