  • Myra -
I am a yoga beginner - I signed up for a 6 week intro/beginner class to try it out. I want to incorporate some strength/stretching into my exercise regime, but haven't felt the motivation to lift weights. I thought trying yoga would be a great alternative. So far, I like it.
